Our company, Inspark Intelligent Business Solutions, was established in London in 1990. We implemented ERP solutions in the past and then started implementing customer-oriented solutions. Our main tool is the Salesforce.com Platform for our projects.
During our implementation projects, we realized some challenges when Manufacturing companies engage with their customers, especially when they produce order-based. Usually, the engagement is generally around problems.
Now using our experience we developed FLEXM1 solution to solve issues of Manufacturing Companies.
What Do We Do?
Our software on Salesforce.com Platform aims to create an ABM (Account Based Marketing) and B2B marketing interaction by also using SFA (Sales Force Automation) functionalities. That is newly talked about and becoming increasingly popular worldwide for companies providing flexible or custom, order-based design services and products.
Thus, companies can manage their marketing and sales activities more effectively and efficiently. They can be more productive. We intend to create a solution to manage all sales processes, starting from marketing channels. Flexible and custom order-based B2B marketing and B2B sales processes also involve significant business problems for employees working in the field, such as dealership channels.
The most critical part of such sales activities is the quoting process. During the quoting, solutions that include configurations responding to customers' flexible needs are required. Otherwise, the quoting processes are costly.
